If the conditions of our refund policy are met, the refund will be made via the original payment method. Items purchased online can be returned to us by mail. You will receive the exact return address from our customer service. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a legal claim, such as defective products or incorrect deliveries.
